16. Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment to another patient on our waitlist.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

• Cancellations within 3 hours or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 100% fee of the scheduled service.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if exceptional circumstances apply, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
