Billing Update
From 1 July 2026, Vibe Natural Health will transition to a Mixed Billing practice.
This means that while Medicare rebates still apply, most consultations will now attract an out-of-pocket gap fee.
This change allows us to continue providing accessible, sustainable, and patient-centred healthcare while supporting the growing operational costs involved in running a modern medical practice.
We remain committed to accessible healthcare and will continue to bulk bill selected patient groups and services.

Who We Continue to Bulk Bill
We are committed to accessible healthcare and will continue to offer bulk billing for children aged 17 years and under with a valid Medicare card, Pension Card holders, and Healthcare Card holders.
Bulk billing eligibility may vary depending on the type and length of consultation.

Fees apply to both in-person and phone(telehealth) consultations.

Additional Fees
- Some procedures may attract a small treatment-room fee or an additional charge for disposable equipment. You will always be advised of any extra costs before your appointment.
- IV infusions attract private fees and there are no Medicare rebates.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50 % of the scheduled service fee applies.
Less than 3 hours’ notice or no-show: 100 % of the scheduled service fee applies.
GP appointments: Cancellations within 4 hours may attract a $50 fee.
