Appointment Cancellations / Refund Policy: To reschedule or cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice must be given. If 24 hours notice is given we are happy to reschedule your appointment to another suitable time within voucher’s expiry date. If 24 hours notice is not given to cancel or reschedule an appointment, or if an appointment is missed, then that voucher credit is forfeited as a cancellation fee. The 24 hours notice period allows us to book another client into your timeslot if you cancel.
