Abir Karmakar
Abir is the Practice Manager at Vibe Natural Health. With a background in structural design from a large corporate engineering firm, he brings strong project management and systems thinking to healthcare operations. He has also managed workflows in the after-hours GP sector and now focuses on running Vibe as a streamlined, professional, and supportive clinic. Abir is committed to ensuring patients receive high-quality, well-coordinated care in a welcoming environment.
Dr. Anchita Karmakar
In addition to her services as the principal General Practitioner, Anchita has had this vision of creating a holistic care center ever since her childhood when she decided to pursue her dreams of becoming a medical practitioner. In addition to her medicine, Anchita has qualifications in Law, Population Health and special interest in End of Life Care. She has vast experience in managing and working in both the government and private healthcare facilities around the country. Her wealth of knowledge and passion for sustainable and accessible healthcare for everyone makes Vibe a special place for all our members and consumers.
Odyssey Finance Group
Odyssey Finance is a Chartered Accountant and Financial Advising firm located in South Brisbane. They specialize in medical /healthcare professional’s accounting and business development along with being founders and co-owners of one of the fastest growing multidisciplinary healthcare professional’s union bodies in Australia. Gerrie De Wet is one of the Directors of VIBE and he has a personal vision and passion as consumers of health to ensure patients are taken care of in a professional and affordable manner. Since their purchase of VIBE in October 2023, the practice has evolved into a business model that ensures longevity as well as equity for all those in need for health optimisation.
Deb Woods
Deb has worked as the Director of Nursing and various management positions with Queensland Health for nearly 30 years! After recently resigning from the long term government job, she has joined the team of VIBE constructing and managing our after hours clinic as well as our brand new infusion clinic, bringing expertise in clinical and operational management skills. She is also a skilled cosmetic injectors as well as passionate interior designer.
